3. No Income Guarantees

4. Eligibility

5. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and acknowledge that pricing is clearly disclosed at checkout.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after access has been granted, we reserve the right to permanently terminate access and pursue recovery of funds to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content is owned exclusively by Gold Buyer Institute. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, record, scrape, upload to AI systems, or share login credentials. Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

We reserve the right to modify, update, substitute, or remove course materials and bonuses at any time without notice.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Buyer Institute and Precious Metals Association from any claims, damages, losses, fines, or penalties arising from your business activities, regulatory violations, or misuse of training materials.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for lost profits, business losses, regulatory penalties, or consequential damages.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control including platform outages, internet failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
13. Arbitration & Governing Law
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to a jury trial and class action participation. Arbitration may occur virtually. California law governs these Terms, with venue in Orange County, California.
